SATCOM Digital Networks features competitive satellite capacity and broadcast services using the Amazonas 3 satellite. Amazonas 3 is a powerful, state-of-the art satellite designed to replace and expand on Amazonas 1 at 61 degrees West. It was ordered in July 2010, launched in February 2013 and is now in service.

The satellite features 33 simultaneous Ku-band transponders and 19 simultaneous C-band transponders over Europe and North and South America and 9 Ka-band spot beams. It is based on the Space Systems/Loral 1300 satellite bus, which is a decades-proven, modular platform with the industry's highest power capability and flexibility for a broad range of applications. It has a launch mass of 6.2 tons and will produce nearly 14-kW of power at end of life.

Amazonas 3 is a multi-mission satellite built for HISPASAT Group that includes the first Ka-band payload for broadband service in Latin America. The satellite is designed to provide a wide range of telecommunications services including direct-to-home television (DTH), corporate fixed and mobile telephone networks, and broadband in the Americas, Europe, and North Africa.

Hispasat chose Space Systems/Loral as a manufacturer of the Amazonas-3 satellite. Amazonas-3 was launched by Arian 5 rocket.

Designed from the ground up on an economical Mobile VSAT Services, The Mini-Link is fitted with the latest technology from Advantech Wireless Inc. Mini Link’s systems include Advantech's 1.2m Carbon Fiber ENTERPRISE120, auto-pointing antenna system, Transmit power of 50 watts utilizing GaN /SSPA and Dual-Waveform 6520 modems. Mini-Link is fully self-contained, with on board power generation. Data Rates from 64K to 40 Mbps in the return Link and up to 155 Mbps Forward are achievable. The mobile platform can support both shared and SCPC return links and provide remote cellular hot-spots in under-served locations.
